Working at HAKU

Our highly qualified, committed, and reliable employees are a fundamental pillar of our company. We can offer professional development prospects in an innovative company that invests in state of the art technology and the professional development of our employees. Team spirit and mutual appreciation are at the core of our values. They are evident in mutual respect, a willingness for flexibility on all sides, a pleasant working atmosphere, as well as social events such as our traditional summer celebration. Achievements, commitment, and a very low fluctuation rate are evidence that our employees enjoy working for us.

We are members of the vocational training association of small and medium-sized businesses, the Beruflichen Ausbildungsnetzwerk im Gewerbebereich (BANG®). Hence, our apprentices benefit from vocational training across companies. Cooperation partners of BANG are, among others, the Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BiBB, German Federal Institute for Vocational Training), the TÜV Nord (German Technical Inspection Association), as well as the regional offices of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (German Federal Agency for Employment).

We are co-founders of the BANG-network in Aachen. The Trainingszentrum des BANG® Aachen is located at TÜV Nord's offices in Alsdorf. Here, the apprentices can gain proficiency in areas that we are not able to cover, due to our high workload.
